THE PRICE LIST below refers to accommodation costs paid to the owner by the guest or the Agency.

In the pre-season (22 April - 31 May) and post-season (20 September - 23 October) the prices are reduced by 30%.

 

 

 

 

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

Villa Clematis is open from April 22 to October 23, 2024. The pool is open from June 1 to 10 October, 2024 (depending on bookings).

Please note that the minimal length of stay is 3 nights.

 

The listed prices per apartment include air conditioning, all taxes, sojourn taxes and agency fees. We charge an extra cleaning fee. There is no charge for an extra child cot bed.

PETS. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

 

FACILITIES. Each apartment is entitled to one parking lot (free of charge). Two parking lots may be provided upon request. All outdoor facilities - swimming pool, terraces, fireplace, garden and BBQ facilities – are at our guests’ disposal. The laundry room (washing machine, ironing) is available against the charge of 10 € (guests are kindly advised to provide their own laundry detergent).

 

QUEST TO LEARN AND PLAY. The Villa disposes, free of charge, with an outdoor library (books and comics in several foreign languages), chess, playing cards, ping-pong equipment etc.

 

MEALS. No pension or half-pension.

We offer meals only occasionally, if so agreed at the spot, upon special request of our guests.

Meals are payable with the owner.

Standard breakfast 7 €, ample breakfast 14 €.

Dinner - grilled-meat, fish or Croatian “peka”, along with the drinks, upon previous agreement with the owner.
